The Public Translator

At this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair, I will be translating in public. The Gläsern Übersetzen format allows the audience to watch the translator work live, to join in the conversation, to ask questions, to be there when it happens. This year, theatre is on the menu, and I am working on the text WATERSIDE by Joshua Alabi.
