FLÄCHENBRAND (WILDFIRE ROAD) by Eve Leigh

After the German translation of Eve Leigh’s MIDNIGHT MOVIE had been presented in staged reading by Verena Regensburger at the Stückemarkt of the Berlin Theatertreffen 2021, the Rowohlt Theaterverlag now commissioned the translation of the playwright’s text WILDFIRE ROAD.

A plane is kidnapped. While the crew negotiates with the hi-jacker, the world is on fire below. Only the hi-jacker can save the passengers. In fact, that’s what she came for.

The German premiere is scheduled for September 2022.
