Eurodram in Vienna 2015
On Monday night, the European network for drama in translation, Eurodram, presented their 2015 selection of plays for a second time after a reading in May at Nationaltheater Mannheim. At the Vienna Theater Drachengasse, coordinator Ulrike Syha and committee members Christian Mayer, Sandra Schüddekopf, Nicole Desjardins, Wolfgang Barth, and Henning Bochert welcomed playwright Maria Tryti Vennerød, her translator Nelly Winterhalder as well as playwright Małgorzata Sikorska-Miszczuk and her translator Andreas Volk.
The readings in Austria’s capital were staged by Sandra Schüddekopf and Milena Michalek. Excerpts from the three plays

Eurodram will publish it’s open call for theatre plays written in German soon. The selection of the submitted plays shall be announced in 2016 and be presented in various events and theatres throughout the German speaking countries.
